How to Apply

As part of the application process, we’ll ask you a few questions instead of asking you for a cover letter (these may vary depending on the role) and invite you to upload a CV that outlines your work experience and qualifications.

One key question we ask that will be part of the scoring process is:
“Please give examples of how your skills, abilities, and experience equip you for this role. We’d also like to understand your reasons for applying.”

This question is your chance to tell us about yourself and show why you’d be a great fit. Take your time and focus on what matters most, using the job description and person specification as a guide.

We understand that everyone communicates differently, so you can choose the format that works best for you. This could be a written application, or you might prefer to record a video or audio file instead. If you choose video or audio, please keep your CV and application combined to no longer than 7 minutes.

If you need any support or have questions about the process, we’re here to help! Email us at recruitment@sheffieldtheatres.co.uk
