How to Apply

As part of the application process, we’ll ask you a few questions (these may vary depending on the role) and invite you to upload a CV that outlines your work experience and qualifications.

One key question we ask that will be part of the scoring process is:
“Please give examples of how your skills, abilities, and experience equip you for this role. We’d also like to understand your reasons for applying.”

This replaces a traditional cover letter and is your opportunity to explain why you’re a great fit for the role you are applying for. We recommend using the job description and person specification as a guide when writing your response.

We understand that everyone communicates differently, so you can choose the format that works best for you. This could be a written application, or you might prefer to record a video or audio file instead. If you choose video or audio, please keep your CV and application combined to no longer than 7 minutes

If you need any support or have questions about the process, we’re here to help! Email us at recruitment@sheffieldtheatres.co.uk
